I am TangYuan, a 12-years old living in Shenzhen, China.

I enjoyed playing musical instruments, and I can play the piano and the violin. I started playing the piano when I was six, and I was so excited about how I had a chance to learn such a lovely instrument. Even now, I can remember the first note I have played. After years of effort, I became pretty good at playing the piano and I have performed on stage for several times. It was such a good feeling, playing in the light with so many people staring at me, listening to my music. I can also manage some easy and simple instruments, such as recorders and ukeleles. I have a collection of them at home.

I also like reading books, and the books that most interested me are the Harry Potter series. I have read through all the seven books and I’m looking for more. I have two whole shelves of books and even I don’t know how many books there are.

In the past, I could play baseball very well and had once been selected the captain of the school baseball team. But now I am focusing on tennis. Basketball is hard for me but I’m trying to do that too because my friends often go to play basketball together.
