This summer I traveled around the South China and visited many interesting places where the ancient poets have written poems of or have stayed. The places I visited are fascinating and I have found out about many strange or even entertaining facts about the poets. Do you know my step is exactly the same length as Liu Zongyuan’s? I calculated precisely 120 steps from the two places he described. How interesting! But more interesting is my journey after that. You can see the details of my vacation below.

A Brilliant Competition
Today I participated in the KAWAI Asia piano competition, and I did well.
I played Novelette in E Minor and Fantaisie Impromptu. The judges gave me “Great” in all catalogues and I can proceed to the next round. I was elated!

The Math teacher asked us each to make a video about math. I guess it will be fun if I use my musical intelligence to accomplish the project.

A popular song for LOL
The song “Gu Yong Zhe” is very popular in China recently.
It is also hard to play the piano version.
I had difficulty practiced it several days and I still got a few mistakes in the video.
Also found it hard to find and download the backing track.

RC boat for the tech-day of school
Tech-day came quickly in 2022.
We spent three days to make a remote-controlled boat, and I could say it was pretty impressive.

One of them was a ukulele course.
The teacher came from Ireland, and he is a world famous ukulele performer.
Despite his sense of humor, he was strict to me.
